Batch Annealer Screens
Manufactured from stainless steel alloy 309s or incoloy 800. A screen for batch annealers in steel making facilities. The screen dissipates heat, reduces hot spots
and burn though giving the batch annealers longer life.
Continuous Cast Slab Batch Separators
A carbon steel grating strip fabricated to form separators for concast steel production separating one batch from another while allowing cast strip to remain unbroken.
Reduces scrap and improves rolling efficiency and production.
Dramex is also used for racking, storage, stairways, walkways, machine guards, partitions, etc...
